Steve Kerr reveals game plan to counter loud Celtics fans

The NBA Finals now moves to Boston for Games 3 and 4 with the series tied 1-1 between the Golden State Warriors and Boston Celtics. Dubs head coach Steve Kerr is more than aware of what Boston’s home fans bring to the table and he knows exactly what his team needs to do to counter the same.

According to Kerr, the Warriors have been in this situation many times in the past and they understand what needs to be done:

“Just to lock in the game plan,” Kerr said, via NBA Television on Twitter. “They know what it’s like to be on the road. It will be noisy. We know Boston is after us. There will be a lot of physicality, so we just have to resist and execute and play our game.”

The Warriors embarrassed the Celtics in Game 2 and Coach Kerr knows they will be out for revenge in Game 3, especially since it will be on their home turf. As he said, however, the Dubs are a very experienced team and they have been in this situation many times in the past. Boston, however, has some of the most passionate fans in the entire NBA, so Golden State can’t take that for granted.
