Ranchi, Sep 3: Another episode in the battle between BJP Lok Sabha MP Nishikant Dubey and Deoghar DC Manjunath Bhajantri unfolded as Jharkhand Police filed an FIR against Nishikant Dubey, MP Manoj Tiwari Deoghar director from the airport and others for forcefully obtaining air traffic control (ATC) clearance for takeoff from Deoghar airport on 31 August.

In the FIR filed on September 1 by Security Officer Suman Anand at Kunda Police Station, it was alleged that the MP abused his power to take off when Deoghar Airport had no security facility. takeoff or landing at night.

In the complaint, it was alleged that Nishikant Dubey and others violated all safety standards by entering the ATC room and further forced officials to give necessary clearance for takeoff.

According to the FIR in possession of lagatar24.com, the sons of Nishikant Dubey, Kaniska and Mahikant, pilot of the mapped plane, Mukesh Pathak, Devtaa Pandey, Pintu Tiwari and the director of the AAI Sandip Dhingra as well as a Sheshadri Dubey were charged. They had come to Dumka to meet family members of Ankita Kumari Singh who was burned alive by Shahrukh Hussain.

Deoghar DC, who on September 2 sent a letter to the Principal Secretary, Cabinet-Coordination (Civil Aviation), said the pilot got out of the plane and started walking towards ATC.

“Additionally, on August 31, the local sunset time was 6:03 p.m.… air services must be operated until 5:30 p.m. Dubey and others entered the ATC room…the security official said the pilot and passengers were pressing for clearance to take off, which was given,” the letter read.

Kunda Police Station Officer in Charge, Praveen Kumar, said the FIR was filed against nine people, including MPs and the airport manager, under sections of IPC 336 (an act enforcing endangering the life or personal safety of others), 447 (penalty for criminal trespassing), 448 (penalty for trespassing.

FIR sparked a war of words between Deoghar DC and Nishikant Dubey

Nishikant Dubey alleged that Deoghar DC has always acted as a political and personal agent of Chief Minister Hemant Soren. “The DC has been pestering me with fake cases for a long time. He has no probity to become an IAS. It has so many problems with Deoghar airport that it creates obstacles in the night landing and take-off facilities,” Dubey said.

Nishikant Dubey claimed that Delhi Police also filed an FIR against Manjunath Bhajantri under Sections 124 B, 353, 120 B, 441, 448, 201 and 506 of the IPC and 2/2s of the official secrets. But he did not specify in what context the Deoghar DC was booked by the Delhi Police. But it is assumed that Nishikant Dubey also accused Deoghar DC of unauthorized entry into the premises of Deoghar airport.

Twitter was inundated with arguments and counter-arguments and the two threw accusations at each other.

Deoghar DC in his Twitter reply said the night landing issue is pending. “But, when the night landing / IFR facility is not there and so many flights are canceled every other day, how did your charter plane take off at 6:17 p.m. when bedtime sun was at 6:03 p.m.? he asked. DC further stated that Godda MP was not allowed to enter the ATC room either alone or with his children and followers.

Nishikant Dubey quickly retaliated and said he had obtained the necessary permission from the airport authority and as chairman of the airport advisory committee he had the right to inspect. MP asked Deoghar DC Who gave him permission to enter the CCTV room, apron and ATC tower? “You broke all the standards. Pathetic,” Nishikant Dubey tweeted.

Nishikant Dubey sent a letter to Deoghar SP to file an FIR against Manjunath Bhajantri for his unauthorized entry into the ATC building, preventing him from performing his duties as Chairman of the Airport Advisory Committee and other charges.
